Help this Sick but Recovering Kitty Rocco!

I just recently found this cat in a vacant building/lot in my neighborhood. I thought it might have been abandoned but after initial assessment from the vet yesterday, he may be feral although it’s too soon to know for sure. He was suffering from
severe mange and one of his front legs was injured with a ripped toenail and he doesn’t put any weight on it. I am asking anyone who is able to contribute to his fund to help get him back to health- his vet bills are going to be very expensive and his care will require extended stay at the vet so any help would be greatly appreciated. Also, if anyone is interested in fostering/adopting him (or her) or knows someone who would please let me know! I’m allergic to cats so I can’t keep him but I would love it to find a happy home
