Hello everyone, this is Vonida, Christina/Thina's sister. Earlier this year, she experienced the suffocating and tragic loss of her husband and soulmate, Chris. Thina has been doing her best to navigate the deep waves of grief while learning to cope without Chris by her side.

It saddens me to announce that 6 months later, life has dealt her another blow as she has been diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer. Next steps will include meeting with a cancer specialist, increased visits with her rheumatologist, determining the stage and checking if it's metastasized, and undergoing surgery and/or treatment.

Between the medical appointments, surgery costs, hospital stays, medications, and ongoing treatment, she faces an ever-growing pile of bills.
