Help these dancers get the pay they deserve!

I have created this as a means to be able to help with compensation for the cast of my next production. Every single cent that gets raised will be divided between the dancers. I am entering a new phase in my career and I wish I had the funds myself to properly pay the dancers fairly, but unfortunately I am not quite there yet.  So with that being said I am reaching out to the community to help me with this goal. 

These dancers will be in rehearsals for many hours to be able to produce an incredible show for you all to enjoy. This is my way of showing the dancers that our community cares about them and the work that they do. This also gives you full confidence in knowing that your donations go straight to those giving their blood, sweat and tears to this production.

I've always been a huge supporter of dancers getting fairly compensated. We tend to always find ourselves at the bottom of the payment list, and I plan to change that even in the slightest with every single production I create. Please assist me by making these dancers feel like they are more than just a prop to put on stage in the background. They deserve the spotlight. 

It would mean the universe to me to be able to reach our fundraising goal. I know that each and every one of my cast members deserves this.
