Help Theresa Through an Unbelievable Tragedy

My name is Pami and an amazing friend of mine is living through the worst possible nightmare.

On April 2, 2024, Theresa’s partner Marcus went for open heart surgery. Although risky, they were confident he’d be fine and make it through, and they were right. The surgery was a success and the doctors anticipated a full recovery. Marcus was awake, joking, laughing, etc. and all seemed good.

Early Wednesday morning, Marcus suffered a stroke. Despite this, he began showing signs of recognizing people and even wanting Theresa to give him a kiss, so that left her and the doctors hopeful that since they caught the symptoms in time and removed the clot, he’d eventually recover from this too.

Unfortunately that same evening, Marcus suffered another stroke and this one he would not recover from, so the decision was made to let Marcus pass peacefully and free from pain. As of 8am on April 6, 2024, Marcus went to live with the angels.

Theresa is an incredibly selfless person who will help anyone that needs it. She’s the hardest worker I know and has been dealt a lot of loss, and despite that, she still works hard and commits herself when anyone needs her.

As Theresa is self-employed and Marcus helped her a lot with the jobs she did, as well contribute to the household bills and such, she is struggling to find a way to make ends meet while being able to grieve this tragic loss.

Please help Theresa by donating and giving her some room to breathe while she navigates life without Marcus. If anyone deserves a break and some good in their life, it’s her.
