Help Theresa cover medical expenses.

Theresa has been a part of the Evergreen Nursing & Rehab family for more than 30 years. This past week she received some devastating news concerning her health. Theresa is a wife, mother, grandmother and friend to so many, and she is also the primary caregiver to her husband. If you would like to donate towards lifting the financial burden, it would be greatly appreciated. All funds will go directly to Theresa to help cover living expenses, medical costs and related travel expenses.
