Help Theo with surgery

Theo has been having diarrhea on and off for a good week now we went to the vet on Saturday they sent us home with some meds. This morning Theo threw up blood I rushed him to the er vet. They took X-rays where it’s showing he has something lodged in his small intestines. This was 100% not something we could have ever planned for. Please help if you can. My husband and I appreciate any help!! Thank you.
