Theo is a 6-year-old little cutie whose owner passed away and then bounced around from shelter to shelter due to his skittish and shy personality. We started off fostering him in February and it’s been a true blessing to see him come out of his shell and trust again. Unfortunately, the rescue was unable to take care of his medical needs and he was badly in need of dental surgery. One of his teeth even fell out, unannounced, last week!!
