Thela recently suffered a devastating stroke that has completely changed her life. She is currently in a rehabilitation facility, working every day to relearn how to speak and walk. While her journey has been incredibly challenging, she continues to show strength, determination, and courage.

The ultimate goal is for Thela to return home, where she can continue healing in a familiar, loving environment. Unfortunately, getting her home safely requires medical equipment and supplies that are costly. These include items such as mobility aids, in-home medical supplies, and other necessities that will allow her to function safely outside of a rehab facility.

Without these supplies, she may be forced to remain in rehab longer than necessary — something that is emotionally and financially overwhelming for her.

We are asking for help to cover the cost of these essential medical supplies so she can continue her recovery in the comfort of her home. Every donation, no matter the size, will go directly toward helping her regain independence and rebuild her life after this stroke.
