Update

Looks like we have a bit of a set back ! Tee has been medivaced to Anchorage ! Not many details now but as soon as we get some news I will do another update ! It sounds like they may end up doing another surgery ! Needing lots or prayers and support @ this time .

Update time

Tee is finally home but not without a lot of recovery time heading my way. The hubs is still here and is trying to find side work so they can pay bills and take care of medical expenses . If anyone has any word on a side hustle give Josh or Tee a shout!!!! They want to thank everyone for your help and continued prayers through out this time of healing ! Love you all

Tee has been fighting very hard! She graduated from ICU. Husband has made it home. We appreciate you and your support. She’s able to get out of bed easily.

Hello, my name is Jessica and I am coming to all of you today asking for some help for my best friend/sister.

Theanna Serrono-Hightower was taken into emergency surgery Thursday late afternoon for a life-threatening situation from bleeding internally, a twisted intestine which ended up dying, and she ended up becoming septic! The surgery went well, but she has a long, long road to recovery still! They opened her up from chest to belly button and removed a foot and a half of the dead intestine! She has been doing blood transfusions, and in a week we will find out if the dead end of her intestines will heal. If not, she will be back in surgery by next weekend! She is currently in ICU at Central Peninsula Hospital and may be there for several weeks!

Her husband Josh is taking a month off of work at the minimum so he can help Tee in her time of recovery! He is flying in from Florida and will be here Monday night or early Tuesday ! They have 2 kids, Maddie and Teeson, so he will be being Mr. Mom for a while! As a result, their income has drastically dropped to nothing as he and Tee are unable to work. We are hoping to raise enough to keep up with bills and groceries while she is in the hospital!

Tee has always been helpful to others around her and could really use all the help she can get! Anything helps! This GoFundMe is linked straight to her and Josh’s account.
