Have you ever met that one family who not only has the unique ability to love those around them, but also demonstrates an unshakable, unwavering faith when the storms of life hit them? Meet the Wyssmann Family! Parents, Jason & Sarah, and their children Elizabeth, Hannah, and Benjamin.
The Wyssmann family is facing an incredibly difficult and serious medical situation with their 17-year-old daughter's (Hannah) health. Hannah was diagnosed years ago with Crohn's disease and has faced multiple seasons of significant medical challenges off and on since that time. She graduated high school this past May and had exciting plans to start college in Tennessee this fall. However, those plans came to a drastic halt when Hannah's health took a turn for the worst in June, sending her to the hospital for weeks and weeks of pain, complications, and lack of answers. After a 45 day+ stay at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Hannah is being transported via medical flight to Cincinnati Children's Hospital on August 11 in hopes of finding relief and answers. Although insurance can alleviate a portion of the financial burden, it does not even come close to covering the overwhelming expenses that the Wyssmann family is facing.
If you know them, would you consider contributing to them financially? If you do not know them, but are compelled by their story, we also welcome you to consider joining together with us to reduce financial stress so that all of their energy can be focused on Hannah.
Please join us in praying for Hannah and the Wyssmann family. And thank you in advance for your contribution.
