Over my last 20 years as a hairdresser, I have weathered many ups and downs. It’s through the strength and resilience of the community in Fox & Jane and Little Lion, that I am motivated to not only weather this, but walk my community through it with the utmost support. We have always overcome challenges and grown stronger by navigating them together and this will be no exception.
It has been one week since we closed all our locations. I miss my staff, my team every single day. I never imagined how hard it would be not spending time with them; from our assistants, to the amazing folks in customer care, our leaders, our educators and our stylists, my hair family.
Like so many small business owners, the last few weeks has been an ongoing battle to manage the challenges facing our company and employees at this time. We have been working tirelessly around the clock to make our voices heard. Sadly, our industry is often missed in regards to government plans and grants.
At Fox & Jane our focus has been to create responsible plans of action and support in effort that each of our affected community members is set up to navigate and overcome this truly challenging time. We have done everything in our power to aid our staff. We worked to supply PTO benefits and fundraise for our employees; we have pushed to provide eligibility for state aid, and we will continue to do so.
Support funds are needed during this tough time. To continue on this effort, I have created this fund to go in hand with hairstylists. This fund will go directly to the 150 incredible community members at Fox & Jane Salon Group starting with our most affected workers. Your support and generosity is needed more than ever.
We have always taken so much pride in giving our craft, lending our ears, and always our hearts out to our customers. As your passionate and devoted team of experts and your hair home away from home; we cannot wait to return to doing our favorite thing, taking care of each of you and creating beauty and confidence for all.

We will be withdrawing and disbursing all raised funds every two weeks from our start date. All funds will go directly to the laid off employees of Fox & Jane Salon Group. 40% of the funds will go to our most affected workers and the remaining will be equally divided.
