Help the Witter family overcome tragedy

We are a small, tight knit and friendly community in a corner of Wheelers Hill. This community was rocked two days ago by a tragic housefire which claimed the life of Adie Witter.

Her husband, Steve, tried to save her and has suffered burns as a consequence. Steve is recovering in the Austin Hospital, Melbourne. Their daughter, Laura, is staying with friends and trying to come to grips with the loss of her mother.

The house is unliveable and may have to be knocked down. Their cats and dog have disappeared in the fire, assumed to have been overcome by the smoke and flames. Yet another tragedy for this family is not knowing about their well being

Any amount you can give, to help them to rebuild their house and their lives would be greatly appreciated. Any and all funds raised will be given to the family.
