Hi everyone!

For those of you who don't know me, I'm Marcie and this page is for my Brother-in-Law, Rich and his family.

Over the last 11 years, Rich has been forced to face quite a few medical obstacles.

In 2010, Rich had a status epilepticus seizure and went into a code blue. He was put on a ventilator for five days and during that time he was life-flighted to Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh. There they discovered a primary brain tumor - a WHO grade 2 oligoastrocytoma. He had a full resection in December and has gone for annual MRI's ever since. This year, the scan showed something there again. He had another craniotomy and resection on October 28th. The initial pathology reports seemed to show the same kind of tumor, but an updated report says a WHO grade 3 anaplastic oligodendroglioma, which is cancer. AHN Cancer Institute prepared a treatment plan of radiation and chemotherapy.

Though he has been Blessed with a great surgeon, nurses, MRI techs, and everyone in between, he still has a long road ahead. This is where we all can help!

Rich and my sister will be forced to take more time off work and as we all know, Paid Time Off only lasts so long.

If you could please share your generosity with Rich, Mandy, and the boys during their time off work to help cover daily necessities such as groceries, gas for appointments, hotels, oil for heat, and whatever other expenses they face, it would be incredibly appreciated.
