Help the Williams family heal

I created this fund to support the husband and children of my dear friend Sarah Williams as they navigate the unimaginable loss of her sudden passing. This fund is intended to help them through the shock, grief, and enormous adjustments they face as they begin to rebuild their lives without her in the months ahead.

Sarah was tragically taken from us just a few weeks ago, after a sudden and aggressive cancer took hold. She was just 44 years old, and she leaves her husband Tim, and her children Francesca (16), Cicely (14), Ophelia (12), Perdie (10), and Otto (7) – her family, her world.

For those of you who knew Sarah, you will remember her as a woman of extraordinary strength, compassion, and determination. A beautiful person both inside and out, and a very good friend.

When she was first diagnosed with cancer in 2019—facing multiple primary cancers, one of which had already metastasized—Sarah confronted it with unwavering courage and faith. She threw herself into understanding every facet of her illness, reading extensively to educate herself on oncology, diet, alternative therapies, and the connection between body, environment, and disease. Her dedication and resilience transformed not only her lifestyle but her outcome, taking her from a devastating diagnosis to being declared cancer-free.

Passionate about helping others thrive and avoid disease, Sarah then turned her knowledge and experience into a source of hope and guidance for others. She helped and inspired many people through her Instagram account (@Life_Starts_Now_Sarah) and went on to create wellness retreats and educational courses. She became a metabolic health coach and began writing a book (under the brand name “Unravelled” which some of you may be familiar with). All with the intention to help others overcome the incredibly tough odds she had faced and beaten.

I am reaching out to Sarah’s friends, loved ones, and the many people whose lives she touched to contribute to this fundraiser. Donations will go directly to Sarah's family so they may find some space to grieve, and find a way to honour Sarah's legacy and continue the work she did.

Every contribution, no matter how small, will make a meaningful difference to this family as they face an unthinkable loss. Thank you for helping to honour Sarah’s memory by supporting the people and causes most important to her.
