An Update From the Wiggins Family — With Gratitude
On December 3, 2025, our world changed.
My father — the main provider of our home, a respected tax preparer, and a devoted husband and father — passed away suddenly. Nothing truly prepares a family for that kind of loss.
What *has* carried us, though, is the love that showed up immediately after.
We want to pause and say **thank you**.
Thank you to our **friends and neighbors** who helped with Christmas gifts, decorations, meals, rides, and quiet check-ins when words were hard to find.
Thank you to **Zion Baptist Church** for the rides, meals, donations, prayers, kindness, and for surrounding us with care during my dad’s memorial service.
Thank you to the **neighbors, friends, clients, and extended community** who sent donations, flowers, cards, prayers, and messages of encouragement.
Thank you to our **family in California**, to the family members who traveled in the cold December weather to honor my dad, and to everyone who joined us through the livestream.
And thank you to those who continue to **donate, share our story, and hold us in your hearts**. Please know — none of this goes unnoticed.

## Where We Are Now
We are a household navigating grief while rebuilding stability:
* My senior mother, adjusting while preparing to support family admin work
* Two autistic adult brothers, building skills and contributing where they can
* Myself, stepping into leadership while grieving and rebuilding multiple income streams
* Our dog, who brings grounding and routine
* A home that needs care, organization, and stability
At the same time, we are handling:
✔ My father’s veteran burial
✔ Closing his tax business ethically
✔ Contacting 300+ tax clients
✔ Transferring the home deed properly
✔ Stabilizing bills once covered by my dad
✔ Rebuilding income — carefully and sustainably
This is a season of healing *and* responsibility.
---
## Why Continued Support Matters
Your support helps us create **breathing room** during this transition — not dependence, but stability while we rebuild.
Funds are helping us cover:
* Essential household bills and medications
* Veteran burial and legal steps
* Administrative support to close or transition my dad’s business properly
* Basic home safety repairs and transportation
* The space to grieve without financial panic
We are not asking for charity.
We are asking for **time, steadiness, and a bridge forward**.

## What We Are Building
We are creating a **family-run umbrella of services** so each of us can contribute meaningfully and sustainably, including:
* Real estate
* Notary and apostille services
* Travel planning
* Laughter Yoga sessions and retreats
* Pet sitting and dog walking
* Online courses and consulting
* Admin and community-based services
This is about honoring my father’s legacy of service, integrity, and care — and building something that lasts.

## How You Can Continue to Help
If you feel led and able:
• Donate (any amount truly helps)
• Share this page so others don’t forget us
• Hire or recommend our services
• Keep us in your prayers and thoughts
Every share matters. Every kind word matters. Every act of support reminds us we are not alone.

From the bottom of our hearts —
**Thank you for helping us rebuild.
Thank you for standing with us.
Thank you for believing in what we’re becoming.**
With gratitude,
**The Wiggins Family**
