On July 4th, Independence Day, 2020 at approximately 2pm The White House at Badin Lake, NC burned to the ground. It was a very sad and devastating day for many. This establishment was built in 1995 and has always been the place for the people of Badin Lake to go for good food, awesome entertainment and great times. There have been many memories made here and many events celebrated...holidays, birthdays, anniversaries, retirements, graduations and many more. If you have visited Badin Lake in the last 25 years more than likely you have parted the doors.
My name is Karen McBride Hall and I am the most recent owner. We opened February 12, 2016. Many of our customers have become lifelong friends. Some even call us their local "Cheers". My staff is second to none, past and present. We have suffered hardship this year with COVID19 and had just got back to business doing what we all love! I am not one to ask for help as I feel I am tough enough to handle things on my own. This is very hard for me to say. I need your help...my staff needs your help...our community needs your help. I hope you will please find it in your heart to help us rebuild and rise from the ashes.
