Help the White Family Honor Al White's Legacy
Donation protected
I'm reaching out on behalf of the White family to ask for funds to support them during this time and after. Many of you know Allen "Al" White, who started his journey on Sunday, January 12th. He was a Vietnam veteran, an artist, a pow-wow singer, and an art teacher who loved his students. He taught at Heart of the Earth Survival School and especially adored the little ones. Al was a dedicated father and the biggest supporter of his children, Leeann and Adam. He was proud of his kids, and they were proud of him. He has inspired many young artists who have picked up his unique style of artwork. He also had a great eye for detail. His work can be seen across Indian country on murals, prints, and earrings. You can spot an Al White wallet anywhere! He sang with Red Lake Singers for over 30 years and made countless friends along the pow-wow trail. He loved bingo and was a pool shark. His generosity and teasing personality were felt by many and will be deeply missed. There will only be one Al White. He will be greatly missed by many and he will continue to live on through his stories.
