Help The Weiss Family rebuild

Hello everyone. My name is Chris Verost. Brent and Megan are a couple of my best friends who received terrible news while attending my wedding in NJ this past Labor Day. Their home had fallen victim to the Holiday Farm Fire.  Luckily their 4 young children and Brent’s mother were evacuated while a neighbor saved their two dogs.  
Although the family is safe, their first home purchased after returning to Oregon has been destroyed by the fires.
Brent is a decorated combat veteran of the US Army having served multiple deployments in both Iraq and Afghanistan. After leaving the Army and returning to Oregon The Weiss Family made their home in Vida. Brent continued his life of service and began working for the Federal Forest Service as a firefighter with the wild land fire crew. 
While I know many families have been affected by the fires, this particular family is my own.  While serving with Brent in the Army he welcomed me as part of his family. Over the years I’ve watched Brent and Megan extend help to any and all who needed it. Now they need our help. While no amount of money can replace the memories built in their home, we can help afford them the ability to rebuild some normalcy for their kids.
