Hello! The Food Lady started ChosenByCats because she started feeding two feral cats, and then they became six feral cats... She has brought five ferals from outside to live indoors, while still caring for nine outdoor cats.

This fundraiser is to help cover the costs of vaccinations and spay/neuter surgery for four kittens (Ambush, Cannoli, Flash, and Oreo) that joined the colony in July. They were born July 1st, and moved to The Food Lady's yard in September.

The cost of everything will be around $2,000, and I will post a photo of the official estimate ASAP. Hopefully it isn't higher!

The kittens had vet appointments today for a health check and vaccines, but the spay/neuter surgeries are yet to come.
