With heavy hearts, we share the story of the Watson family, members of the Dryden and Almont communities for over 20 years.
They recently endured an unimaginable tragedy when their home was lost to a devastating fire. While they are grateful to be safe, the impact of this life-altering event has left them in urgent need of support.
The Good
- Everyone, including their two beloved dogs, made it out safely.
The Challenges
- Chris Watson sustained first- and second-degree burns on his hands and face.
- Many irreplaceable belongings were lost.
- Three cars were totaled.
