I hope this letter finds you well. Today, I reach out to you on behalf of someone very dear to my heart, my good friend Richard and his wife Elizabeth, (Bubba & Liz) who have been like family to me. Bubba is more than just a friend; he's like a son, and his kids affectionately call me Uncle Dan. Our family bonds are strong, and it is in times of need that we come together to support one another.

This past Friday night, their 14-year-old son, Danny, was involved in a devastating hit-and-run accident that left him on a dark empty highway with life-threatening injuries. While we are grateful to share the news that Danny is expected to make a full recovery, this journey to healing will be long and challenging.

During this time, Bubba will be faced with the responsibility of caring for Danny, which means he will be unable to work for several weeks. As you can understand ,this situation has placed a significant financial burden on the family, with mounting medical expenses and household bills that need to be addressed.
