Help the Wallace Family Rebuild After Fire

It is with a heavy heart that my father and three uncles have lost their home. It caught on fire two days before Christmas on Monday, December 23rd. It has been declared condemned. They could use any financial help they can get. So many challenging unknowns at the moment and how long of a waiting game it can be when it comes to insurance and getting answers. $5k or more for each would be a blessing and great start to help get them a place to stay until they can try to find something more permanent, clothes, hygiene products, food, etc. Two of my uncles were inside and both made it out in time. My one uncle is at the hospital currently being treated for smoke inhalation and burn wounds. Thankfully my other uncle who recently had heart surgery was not home during the time of the fire. My dad fortunately and unfortunately came down to visit my boys/his grandchildren and I for Christmas here in Florida. He is great at helping others and putting others' needs before himself, but not so great at asking for help. I am graciously hoping and praying for any family, friends, and community even a tiny bit more fortunate to give even just a $1 and/or to please share this link.

This was my grandparents home. The place the Wallace family called home for 53 years in our small and sweet town, Columbia. My Pap had passed away in it on Christmas Day last year/2023 and my Grandma on December 21, 2018. They raised their 13 children here. If you know my dad Roger you know you can find him, the Quarter Master, working hard to keep the town's VFW Post #2435 up and running. My grandfather Raymond Wallace who purchased the home in 1971 was a local gem known for his heroic service in WWII, a POW who jumped with the 82nd Airborne on D-Day.
