Help the Wallace Family and Brown Mountain Beach Rebuild!

Jeremy and Kelsey Wallace and their family own, operate, and live up on Brown Mountain Beach Resort in Lenoir, NC. Yesterday, September 27th, 2024, they were devastated by catastrophic damage, not only to the facilities at the resort but to their homes on the property. They had to be saved from the roaring creek, stuck in a treetop holding on for their lives! They have no home to sleep in, no clothes to change into, all lost to the rising creek.

The Wallaces have 3 kids and are great people who have worked hard to build a paradise tucked away in the mountains of North Carolina for families to get away, relax, and enjoy nature, as well as a place for lovers to share their vows. Our family has made yearly trips to Brown Mountain for the last several years, and it's heartbreaking to see the images and destruction of what Mother Nature has brought to our yearly retreat.
