Hello friends and family,

Our car was damaged in a hit and run in the parking lot of Fort Wayne Orthopedics. Unfortunately, their office does not have a camera view for us to find out who did this.

We are reaching out for help to raise our $500 deductible as we are trying to live on one income due to Philip's health conditions and disability appeal.
