Help the Vavao family bring Ray’s remains home

Please help the Vavao family return Ray’s ashes to his village. I’ve created this campaign to help a life long friend, Kelvin and his family. On April 24, 2023, Ray Talalupe Vavao died of a heart attack at the young age of 56. He leaves behind his loving wife, Raemi, 3 adult children, Kelvin, Filo, and Elena, and his grand daughter Jenevieve. They are heartbroken and devastated by his death. Ray had just gone through a year of chemotherapy and radiation treatment for rectal cancer. He’d had his final surgery and the family was very excited about him being cancer-free and his health going forward. Ray was a gentle giant and proud Samoan. He was born in a village in American Samoa called Faleniu. He lived in Faleniu much of his younger days. His wife and children would like to make the trip to American Samoa to return Ray’s ashes to his village of Faleniu. But the costs for this kind of a trip are tremendousPlease consider helping them in this endeavor. I know they would greatly appreciate your donations and being able to return Ray to his home means the world to them.
