On Sunday morning, December 14th, a family was awoken to a very large tree crashing through their trailer. Not knowing exactly what was going on, their first thought was to get to their Son, who will be 1 yrs old December 17th. The tree had fallen about a foot and a half foot from his crib, and literally cut the trailer in half. They were rescued through a bedroom window and thank the Lord above, everyone was ok!

They are now homeless, right before Christmas and their Son's first Birthday.

Alley Vatis works full time at Sting-Rays Restaurant (Cape Center), and Tim Vatis stays home with the baby until they can get a second car on the road and he can go back to work. They are both hard workers and excellent parents to their first child Samden, and never expected to be in this crazy situation.

We are asking for any help they can get to replace all they have lost and to find somewhere to live. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.
