I would like to introduce you to the Vargas family who hold a special place in my heart - Mike and Carol Vargas. Years ago, I attended worship services with Carol's parents and her sister's family. Her parents, John and Rosie, were very special to me, and I was made to feel part of their family. I became friends with Carol's sister's family and was made to feel welcome in their family as well. They have helped me several times over the years with different things that come at you in life. John was kind enough to build a ramp at our house when my mom was sick. Mike and his sons didn't really know us well and came right over to help as well.

Mike and Carol's daughter has had several medical issues which have required multiple hospital stays over the last few years. She has endured several surgeries and currently requires nutrition and medicine through a central line into her veins as she cannot take anything orally. On top of that, Mike had a heart attack a month ago while out of town for work. In addition to their daughter's medical costs, they also have expenses for his health as well.

I've asked permission to set up a GoFundMe page for anyone that would like to donate to help them with medical costs for their family. If you are able to donate anything, it will be much appreciated.
