Help the VanderWater Family Say Goodbye

In the early morning on January 28th, Dan VanderWater passed away from a brief but serious illness. Please help us show Mercy, Zoe, and Keeghan how much we all love them by providing funeral and memorial expenses.

From Mercy: Dan was our rock. Everyone who knew him respected and admired him. He worked at George Fox University for 25 years, first as a Custodial Supervisor for Plant Services, then as a Project Manager, planning and overseeing building renovation and event spaces for the campus. He worked so hard for his family and always put our needs ahead of his own, making sure his kids received a college education and were set up with a good future. We are all still reeling from his loss. Our plan is to put together a memorial for Dan that would provide space for his family, friends, and coworkers to mourn and celebrate his life in ways that reflect Dan's personality, humor, and the things he loved.
