Hello, we are the Valle family, a blended family of six who love and serve our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. We’re reaching out for help during an incredibly difficult time as we face multiple overwhelming challenges, including a long-standing court case, medical emergencies, and mounting debts.

Our Story:

My wife is a dedicated stay-at-home mom to four children: three boys and a girl. I have two daughters who currently live with their mom, and we are fighting for their safety and well-being in an ongoing court case. Unfortunately, the situation is complicated by several heartbreaking issues:

1. The Court Case: One of our daughters overdosed on Tylenol while under her mother’s care and has struggled with suicidal thoughts. Despite this, their mom withdrew her from the hospital against medical advice and kept critical information from us. In the court case, the judge has found their mother guilty of alienating the children from us.

2. Attorney Conflict: We recently discovered that my daughters’ mom and her attorney have been in a romantic relationship, which has made this already painful situation even harder. The attorney is abusing his position by filing excessive motions against us, making false accusations, and trying to create financial hardship for our family. This has included pressuring our children with gifts and negative comments to turn them against us. We’ve been forced to move from our home because of these financial burdens.

3. Financial Strain: We’ve already accumulated $30,000 in legal fees and can no longer afford to continue the fight without outside help. We also need to hire a new attorney to protect our rights and fight for the safety and well-being of our daughters.

4. Medical Crisis: On top of the court struggles, our family is facing a medical crisis. Our 16-year-old son was recently admitted to the hospital for a perforated Crohn’s disease and had to undergo emergency surgery for a bowel obstruction. He now has an ostomy bag and will require more surgeries in the coming months. We are currently staying at the Ronald McDonald House, and we need funds to help cover his medical bills, special care plans, and housing costs. Once our stay at the Ronald McDonald House ends, we’ll need assistance finding a new place to live and covering moving expenses.

How You Can Help:

We are humbly asking for $60,000 to help our family through this difficult time. The funds will go towards:

• Paying off legal debt from our previous attorney ($30,000)

• Hiring a new attorney to fight against the abuse we’ve been facing

• Covering medical expenses for our son’s surgeries and ongoing care

• Housing costs and moving expenses as we work to stabilize our family’s situation
