Love and Support for the Valdez family & children

As many of you may know, the Valdez family has suffered a tremendous loss with the passing of Denise on January 5th and Mondo on January 20th.  This couple is loved by so many in their family, church, community, neighborhood, and all they touched throughout their many years of work and service. They fought so hard to beat this illness and had so many praying for a miracle, but unfortunately their miracle would come for them to be together in Heaven and consequently, our great loss here on Earth.  We will miss them greatly and are devastated by the loss but rejoice that they are in each other’s arms, with their son Frankie and in the arms of Jesus.

Many of you have known Denise and Mondo for years and have cherished memories from time spent together at a family gathering, work, bunco, games, church, Sunday service, missions’ trips, ministry events, community events or food drives.  They have had a huge impact on so many lives, young and old, and will be greatly missed and the loss is deep for their family and children.  

They have four kids Vince, Ron, Evan and Stephanie along with two grandsons, Johnny, and Andrew Joseph.  They will need our emotional support, constant prayers, and our Christ like love to heal and get through this difficult time.  They not only are mourning the passing of Mom and Dad but are also dealing with funeral details, expenses, and necessary tasks.  The passing of a parent is never easy for anyone and having to plan a funeral for two parents only adds to their hardship and heartache.

We are asking our friends, family and loved ones reading this today to pray for the Valdez family in their time of grieving and please take a moment to pray about helping their children for present and future needs.  If God so prompts you to help with a financial donation of support, it will be greatly appreciated and it will make a tangible difference for them today and for their future.  

My name is Joe Mirander and I have known the Valdez family for years. I grew up with the Valdez brothers and I am fortunate to call them my brothers now. The funds that have been so graciously raised by everyone have been authorized by Denise and Mondo’s son, Ron Valdez, to be withdrawn by myself and delivered to him outside of Gofundme. They will be used for any and all funeral expenses that they may have.
