Help the vagabonds and orphans

Hi everyone we need your help with 3 vagabond burros who were dumped in the desert and 3 puppies who were also dumped and escaped a pack of coyotes.
We live in a very remote location many miles off a paved road and even further from a town. The burros (Gandolf, Catness and Bree) walked up to our gate one afternoon and banged on it with their hoof! Begging for help. They followed Scout into the property and a safe pen. They were extremely thirsty and hungry and the baby had an unstable leg.
2 weeks later we heard a single coyote 20 feet from us at midnight, barking. This is a tactic used to lure a domestic dog away and into the pack. We chased it off and then heard the entire pack come back 20 minutes later. Our outside guardian barked and the coyotes left. The next morning Scout discovered 3 puppies covered in cholla (painful barbed cactus spines), shivering, hungry and scared, hiding right where the coyotes had been. They are about 10 weeks old.
We have given everyone of them safe refuge here and will rehabilitate and train them to get them forever families.
Why we need help.
We have 6 more mouths to feed. We needed to buy supplies for their safety, shelter, dietary and medical needs and we need to build additional pens and shelters to more adequately house and care for them. The vet needed to come out and sedate Bree, the baby burro , so we could see if she can be helped. It is costly getting a vet out to such a remote place. Grateful we have her.
We will also need to find homes for all of them. Gandolf the 11 year old paint burro gelding who is extremely friendly and loves dogs. Catness the 5 year old grey burro who is also Bree’s mom. Friendly and will accept a dog that has proved not to be a threat. Bree, 8 month old grey baby girl burro also loves dogs. Bree was malnourished and likely born premature. Her tendons were weak and she is knock kneed. Her hoofs were extremely overgrown in front and her tendons got worse. The vet does not believe she is in pain. We trimmed her hooves while she was sedated and she is already walking so much better. She is timid but lovable. She will never be a working burro but will make a great companion.
The 3 puppies seem healthy considering their ordeal. Thor and Loki are males and Storm is a female. They are already crate trained and very clean about their space (must have had a good mom). All the rescues are overflowing because of the epidemic of dumping dogs in the desert and selling all kinds of mixed breed puppies around here. A local rescue has agreed to accept them into their program to get them vaccinated and help with adoption but we must foster them until they find a home.
Please help the vagabonds and orphans anyway you can. A donation, sharing our story or consider adopting one. We will be very careful with their placement to be sure they go to a proper forever home.
