It is with an open heart that we reach out during this challenging time. On the 2nd of May a devastating fire engulfed our family's home in Bilbao, taking with it not only the place we cherished but also countless memories and dreams. Our father (Raul), his wife (Elisa), our brother (Adrian), and our cousin (Sammi) have been left to start anew, having lost the majority of what makes their house a home.

Thankfully, everyone is unharmed, and for this, we are deeply grateful. However, alongside memories, we lost my father's business investments and the tools that brought comfort and stability to their everyday lives.

As they set out to rebuild their safe space and embark on a new beginning, we humbly ask for your support. Your generosity will help us gather the resources needed to restore the foundation of not just a house, but our family's hopes and dreams.

From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for being a part of this journey. Every contribution helps, and every share spreads hope. Together, we can bring their home back to life.

Queridos amig@s, familia y amable publico,

Con mucho amor, acudimos a ustedes en estos momentos difíciles. El 2 de Mayo, un incendio devastador devoró la casa de mi familia en Bilbao, llevándose consigo no solo el lugar que atesorában, sino también innumerables recuerdos y sueños. Nuestro padre (Raul), su esposa (Elisa), hermano (Adrian) y nuestra prima (Sammi) tienen que empezar de nuevo, habiendo perdido casi todo lo que hacía de su casa un hogar.

Afortunadamente, todos están a salvo, y por ello estamos profundamente agradecidos. Sin embargo, además de sus recuerdos, perdieron los recursos indispensables para su nuevo emprendimiento, y gran parte de todo lo que les brindaba consuelo y estabilidad en su vida diaria.

Mientras se disponen a reconstruir su espacio seguro y emprenden un nuevo comienzo, les pedimos humildemente su apoyo. Su generosidad nos ayudará a reunir los recursos necesarios para restaurar no solo los cimientos de una casa, sino también las esperanzas y los sueños de nuestra familia.
