My name is Ken, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my family during an incredibly difficult time. We recently had our rental home tested for mold, and the results were devastating—our house is completely contaminated, with airborne mold levels so high that it’s been declared a major health risk. As someone living with asthma, COPD, and an autoimmune disease, this situation is especially dangerous for me, but it puts my entire family at risk. The mold professionals told us we can’t take anything with us, as everything is contaminated.

We now have to leave our home immediately and start over from scratch. The funds raised will help us cover the costs of moving, replacing all of our essential belongings, and getting any medical services or testing we may need due to the mold exposure. We never imagined we’d be in this position, but we’re doing everything we can to keep our family safe and healthy.
