I am Andrea, a friend of Tim and Erlinda’s and both the Johnson and Tulioc families. It is with deep sadness that I am putting this page together. I wish it was to help Tim in extending his life, but instead it is to help support the family he leaves behind with unexpected medical bills.

 

Tim had not been feeling well for awhile and in September he finally found out why. He was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer that had spread to his liver. He also had a serious infection in his lungs that required a 10 day hospital stay. He was given a very short time to live and not very good outcomes with the treatment options that were available to him. He and his family weighed their options and chose to go home and live his remaining days the best he could in peace and comfort.

 

We all thought he had more time, possibly a few months and at least one more Christmas, but instead, he left us on November 1st surrounded by loved ones in his home in Montara, CA.

 

I have been asked by friends how they can help, so with the permission of Tim's family, this GoFundMe page is being established to help offset medical costs, funeral expenses and his sudden and unexpected loss of income.

 

Those of you who knew Tim are missing his never-ending Dad jokes and his big heart felt grin. He also wasn’t one to ask for help but always being the first to offer it to others.

 

The family wishes to express their sincere, heartfelt appreciation for the outpouring of support, prayers, and warm thoughts.
