Donation protected
On September 9th 2019, our family put our youngest cousin to rest as the result of a freak accident.
After the funeral Jesse was heading home to his beautiful fiancé Jessica and 2 children Owen and Avery when a car pulled infront of his motorcycle less than 1km from his house.
Jesse was very seriously injured and then he was transferred to Uxbridge cottage hospital and then eventually air lifted to St. Mike's.
Luckily his injuries sustained are only to his lungs, arms, legs and hip, not his neck back and head. I think it's fair to say Jesse had an angel looking out for him that day.
Jesse has been sedated until his lungs heal enough to breathe without a ventilator, along with multiple upcoming surgeries and treatments for his broken bones. Eventually Jesse will need long term rehabilitation to learn to walk again and regain use of his right hand.
The road to recovery is going to be a long one, to say the least.
We are raising money for Jessica and the kids to help out with bills and groceries while Jesse gets better. We are all praying he is home for Christmas.
