Genaro Trejo Mondragon, 64, passed away on April 8, 2025 at St. Alexius Medical Center in Hoffman Estates, IL. Genaro was the husband of Maria Angelica Díaz Franco; loving father of Gabriela Trejo, Myriam (Mauricio) Trejo, Genaro (Melissa) Trejo and Monse Trejo; proud grandfather of Yaneli, Axel, Mayte, Brianna, Angel, Alexis and Brian; brother of Raymundo, Eugenia, Merced, Claudia, Simon, and Maria; and uncle and friend to many; Preceded in death by his parents (Faustino and Juana) and his brother, Gregorio.

Visitation and services will be held on Monday April 14, 3:00pm - 9:00pm at Countryside Funeral Home and Crematory 1640 S. Greenmeadows Blvd (at Barrington Road) Streamwood. Interment Mexico.
