My name is Amber Tracy. My husband and I have 4 beautiful kids together and have contemplated this for a lot of reasons. However, we need your support now more than ever.

Last year, we both took a huge risk and left our jobs to pursue a lifelong dream of opening a business on Main Street. We both made a lot of sacrifices and also put our heart and soul into this journey. During that process, we jumped through a lot of hurdles but also had a lot of successes, like meeting so many amazing people and forming friendships we will forever hold on to.

Sadly, in February of this year (2026), operations of the business halted for reasons we legally cannot discuss. It was extremely unexpected and left both of us, along with our employees, without income. Draining all of our accounts, we have made it this far, but they are now depleted. The biggest part is we have an astronomical amount of lawyer fees due & upcoming that we simply cannot cover trying to push through this and need to be paid to continue to try to move forward. Although we wanted to fight for this, after hearing the timeframe of this process, we just want to work through this process, move forward from it, and put it in the past. Maybe we can reevaluate this dream in the future. This battle has just taken so much from us mentally, and it's draining us in every aspect.

Having support would help us pay our personal bills while seeking new employment and also help cover the legal fees we have endured during this time and will continue to accrue through this period. We both struggle with asking for help, and we have found during this period of life, we simply cannot do it alone and need the help of the community. Previously, we have asked for help with advice, knowledge, word-of-mouth advertising, and so much more. Now, we're asking for support to get us through this hurdle and move forward.
