Help the Tosh Family Through This Critical Time

Hey there. I come here asking first, for prayer. We need more miracles and God moves mountains. I have an incredible family that needs your help.
Grant Tosh is a known name, friend, spiritual sibling, or relative to many of us. He went into a hospital to have a simple hernia surgery and he is now in critical condition fighting for his life.
Grant is the husband of Stacie Tosh. He is the daddy to two of the sweetest girls, Avaleigh 7 and Carleigh 6. They reside is Elk City and have for many years. He currently preaches at Granite Church of Christ, but has been known to preach at many churches around our community, including Second & Adam’s Church of Christ.
Grant is son of the late Jerry Tosh and he followed his father’s footsteps. He now owns/operates Tosh’s Mobile Camper Repair around his passion of spreading Gods word and spending time with his family.
Grant is in critical condition. I have permission to post from Stacie. She has a support system in place, but she needs more. Her future is insecure for weeks, if not months and years. And that’s if we get to keep Grant here a little bit longer.
If you can, please send your help and prayers here for these girls to continue to live with the uncertainty of what the foreseeable future looks like.
If you can help in anyway, she has a cashapp account at
$StacieTosh.
You can drop off donations to
Second & Adam’s Church of Christ at 216 N Adam’s in the name of Stacie Tosh or
Granite Church of Christ at 508 Granite Ave. I’m going to set up a go fund me account for her to share for others far and wide to help if they are able. I will have that up tomorrow for her to share. Let’s show her what we can do!

I’m going to leave her text copied here….

Friday the 16th
He came home Friday evening after having his hernia repair and seemed very well and ate a hamburger. Around 930 that evening, he had a sharp gas pain in his shoulder and was miserable all night with the pains. Saturday after not sleeping much the whole night really not sleeping at all, the gas pain seemed to subside around one or two. Still he cannot manage his pain very well, but he was trying. My mom was at the house so thankfully, she was able to help with our girls and get them to bed and take care of them while I was taking care of Grant. Towards Saturday evening is when I started getting concerned this oxygen level was getting a little bit lower than I felt comfortable with so I asked my manager who’s is a nurse what I should do. I kind of already knew what I needed to do, but I needed some reassurance. I watched the O2. Then around 1 in the morning I got really worried we got to bathroom and he was sweating and after not really eating all day I thought maybe his sugar was low. Then I got him back to bed and he could not breathe and I called 911. Went to the ER got fluids and put him on a BiPap to help with his O2. The surgeon came in, said that the CT didn’t indicate anything in the surgical area and his blood work showed he had aspiration pneumonia and he was going into kidney and liver failure. The Hospital went ahead and admitted him into the ICU. Unfortunately they had to intubate him because his O2 stats were unstable. Sunday evening they were trying to get him transferred however he was too unstable and they did not expect him to survive the night. Due to all the prayers of all of our prayer warriors across Oklahoma and other states he survived the night against all medical knowledge. He was transferred to OKC and they are working slowly to get all the extra fluid off his body because he is fluid overloaded and his kidneys are not working. So far we are on a touch and go each day a little better but it will be a very very long road to recovery.
Will keep updated as we go, still in critical condition. Pray every chance you can. Our buddy needs it.
