On Thursday, December 12, the Tolbert family—Laura (Beth) and Scott—experienced an unimaginable tragedy. Their entire home was destroyed in a devastating fire, leaving them with absolutely nothing weeks before Christmas. The family is beyond devastated from this overwhelming loss.
All their family keepsakes, clothing, and the comfort of their home are gone.
We’re reaching out to our community to help this resilient family rebuild and recover. As an Amherst County Sheriff’s Office Deputy, Beth has given her career to help her community and now needs her community to help her. Your donations will go directly to supporting the Tolberts as they navigate this challenging time.
Funds will be directly used towards living, basic necessities, and rebuilding for Beth and Scott.
