Hello everyone,

My name is Steve Kokkoros, and I’m the Thornhill Soccer Club Executive Director. I’m contacting our community to support our 2007 Boys team, the Thornhill Bolts, as they prepare to compete in the Toyota National Championships in Sydney, Nova Scotia, from October 9 to 14, 2024.

We are incredibly proud to share that our 2007 Bolts have won the U17 2024 Provincial Championship! After reaching the finals three times in the past four years, these dedicated and talented boys have finally claimed their second provincial title, proving themselves as one of the top teams in the country for their age group.

This victory has earned them the honour of representing Ontario nationally. However, this incredible opportunity comes with significant costs. The total expense for the trip, including airfare and accommodations, is approximately $30,000. This is a considerable financial burden for our players and their families.

We ask for your support to help our boys get to Sydney and compete for the national gold. Regardless of size, every contribution will help make this dream a reality for our team. Your generosity will allow these young athletes to focus on what they do best—playing soccer and representing our community with pride.

Thank you for supporting our champions and for helping them chase their dreams. Your kindness and support mean the world to us!

Go Bolts!
