Please Help Us Hold Onto Sonoran House

It’s hard to know where to begin because 2025 changed everything for our family.

What started as a year full of hope became a year marked by grief, loss, and survival. Sonoran House was never just a property to us — it was a dream we built with love, sacrifice, and the belief that hard work would create stability for our family. We poured ourselves into it, believing we were building something lasting.

And then life began to unravel.

We lost our beloved Jewel — a loss that left a hole in our hearts that words still can’t fully describe. Grief doesn’t pause bills, responsibilities, or the need to keep moving forward. We kept going anyway, carrying that heartbreak quietly while trying to hold everything together.

Soon after, I faced a major surgery that forced me to slow down physically while everything around us demanded more. Recovery was painful, exhausting, and humbling. As someone who is usually the helper — the one supporting others — it was incredibly hard to be the one struggling just to stay afloat.

At the same time, our business suffered devastating setbacks. A professional relationship we trusted ended up causing real harm to our livelihood. The fallout from what happened with Blue Bell left us financially and emotionally drained, trying to recover from losses we never saw coming.

And still — we kept going.

We made the difficult decision to relocate, hoping for a fresh start and a chance to rebuild. But moving a family while carrying grief, medical recovery, and financial strain has pushed us beyond what we thought we could handle. Every step forward has felt heavy.

Right now, Sonoran House stands as the last piece of stability we are fighting to protect. It represents years of work, memories, and hope for what our family can still become — if we can just make it through this season.

Why We Are Asking for Help

This is not easy for us to ask.

We are asking for help because we are tired, stretched thin, and doing everything we can not to lose what we have built. Your support will help us:

Keep Sonoran House stable while we recover and rebuild
Cover relocation and recovery costs after a year of crisis
Offset business losses that deeply impacted our family
Give us the chance to breathe long enough to stand back up again

We are not asking for a handout — we are asking for a hand to help us get back on our feet.

From the Bottom of Our Hearts

If you’ve ever faced a year where everything seemed to fall apart at once, then you understand how hard it is to ask for help. But right now, we are choosing honesty over pride.

If you can donate, share this page, or even just send encouragement, you are helping us hold onto hope.

Thank you for seeing us. Thank you for helping us keep going.
