Layla's Search & Rescue Mission

This is the First & Original GoFundMe on behalf of Layla Santanello!

I am George Emmett, Layla Santanello's Biological Father, and Brittany Zeitler Laylas Bonus Mom. We are beyond devastated, and feeling helpless on trying to locate our daughter/bonus daughter, Layla Santanello. 

On June 25th, 2023 Brittany Received worrisome messages from Michael, Layla's 2 1/2 year boyfriend insinuating something was wrong with Layla, and has been 24 hours since he has heard, spoken, or seen Layla.

June 26th, 2023 11:45 p.m George and Brittany Reported Layla Missing to the Kingsport Police Department. A missing persons report was generated after checking all possible people, and places Layla could be at. 2 weeks into Layla's Disappearance, Brittany Received gruesome cash app requests from Layla's Cash app to Brittany's. Brittany responded with sending a few dollars with a memo trying to see if it was Layla on the other end. Asking questions ONLY Layla would know, but left it unanswered. After a month goes by we find out the cash app

requests were made by Layla's Boyfriend, but has been cleared by Law Enforcement for being responsible for Layla's Disappearance.

September 1st, 2023 George and Brittany have obtained a Private Investigator, and remains active on Layla's case, and was able to get 2 Billboards of Layla, and conducted 2 extensive searches for Layla. George and Brittany's private investigator, who works alongside with Law Enforcement, was able to remove the marble slab lead, since it was deemed to not be Layla, at the Marble Slab, and was able to make contact with the woman that was in question to be Layla.

Layla Was Last Known to be at The Americourt Hotel at 1900 American Way Kingsport Tn. Layla was running scared. A woman attempted to stop her, and bring Layla to safety in her hotel room, but was unsuccessful.

According to law enforcement, Layla took off running into the field, slept in the field of the evening of the 25th of June, 2023. A warehouse worker saw Layla Looking around in the grass as if she lost something. The gentleman asked if she lost something, Layla said, "No, I'm looking for a cigarette, do you have a cigarette? He replied, " I do not smoke." Layla said, " thank you, have a nice day." and continued to walk in the direction of the unknown.

George and Brittany have been beyond fully dedicated into trying to find Layla. This gofundme is dedicated to the Search Efforts in need for Layla, continue to maintain an active private investigator, traveling to network in finding search an rescue resource (cadaver dogs, drone equipment, underwater sonar), billboards, lawn signs, and travel expenses for George and Brittany to travel from Nj to TN safely.

Unfortunately, Life Does Not Stop when being faced with the Unimaginable. All Donations will be used for said information above, for Layla's benefit to bring Layla Home.
