Monday September 23rd, our dear neighbors, Daniel and Lisa Thiele, lost their home to what appears to be an electrical fire. They were inside the home when the flames began, and the gas line exploded, blowing out the living room windows. Luckily, the family was able to get out as the entire home was quickly engulfed in flames. They stood outside barefoot, watching everything they own go up in flames.

During times like these, we know that we cannot return the priceless possessions they lost, but we as a community can ease the immediate financial burden of paying the bills and help begin their long path of getting them back on their feet again.

Most likely, they will also be in need of an affordable rental home with 3 bedrooms that can house a large dog. Please reach out if you know of suitable accommodations, and we will relay the message to the Thieles.
