Hello, I wish this wasn't the case but we are raising funds to help the Teumer family in this heartbreaking time of need. Gavin and Matthew tragically died in a car accident on Tuesday, July 8th, 2025.
Matthew, son to Barb and Frank Teumer, and Gavin Brauner (another great guy who really became a son to them, whom they took under their wing) were the handymen who did all of the contracting work for Frank, who was the oversight business owner. Now that the two young men are gone, Frank and Barb are left unsure how to move forward, as their two sole workers are no longer with us.
Matt and Gavin were two of the kindest, nicest people, as well as Frank and Barb, and any one of them would give you the shirt off their back and help you however they could, no questions asked, at any time. Matt was probably one of the most gentlest giants you would ever meet, who wouldn't hurt a fly and was always thinking about others, and Gavin was a quiet, hard working, kind guy who would also offer a hand wherever needed. They were the best of friends and you never saw one without the other. We truly cannot express to you how good and pure these two young men were as well as saying the exact same thing about Frank and Barb. Emily (I) always say, God takes the best of us because they have already become the most pure, true, and genuine people already, their work on earth is done and they are already holy enough to go home to God, to fulfill whatever jobs he needs of you in heaven, and I truly believe that of Matt and Gavin. They were as good as it gets.
They will be missed by so many. They touched the hearts of so many people. Their great personalities, kindness, and care for others was unmatched. We will miss our friends soo much.
Please consider helping Frank and Barb, who already lost a son tragically a few years ago in a car accident, as well. This tragedy is unfathomable and they need all the help they can get. Anything would be immensely appreciated as they navigate this very difficult time covering funeral expenses and in trying to move forward in any way they can. Most importantly, please pray for them and for Matt and Gavin. We cannot understand Gods will, but must trust there is some greater purpose behind all our sorrow.
