Hi, my name is Isabel, most of my friends and family know me as IZZY. I am raising funds for my boys Joseph (Joe) and Jason (Jay) Tapia, who lost their father, Jose Tapia aka Twinkie, on March 10, 2026. Jose was diagnosed with cancer in 2020 and fought a long, painful battle, refusing to leave his boys behind. God had other plans and joined his father Marcos, mother Amparo, and his brother Jerry. Jose was always ready to help out anyone in need; he was known for his big smile and playful nature, and he especially enjoyed hugs. Comedy was his escape from reality, and he enjoyed his "Dirty Bird" family. He always bragged about his boys and grandchildren, Allison, Brooklyn, and Steven, who he adored. Jose's baseball family was always especially important; he coached, played, and umpired endless hours in extreme weather conditions and never complained, just kept on smiling. I'm sure we all have endless stories of Jose and his playful nature.

I am respectfully asking for donations to assist his boys in this difficult time, who are now faced with trying to live out their father's wishes of a proper viewing and cremation. All funds raised will go to the boys to cover expenses and plan a beautiful service. Any amount is appreciated, and thank you in advance for your support.
