Pray for the Swift Family

Third edit: I’m going ahead and raising our goal again. People have been so generous, and the outpouring of love and support has been amazing. My goal for this fundraiser is to help Hayley and the children as much as we possibly can, so money won’t have to be a huge concern for her for as long as possible. Thank you so much to all who have given, and all those who have lifted their sweet family in prayer. 

Second edit:  Several people have reached out to me to let me know that there is government assistance available for funeral expenses. Thank you so much!! I have looked into it, and while the maximum amount that it is possible to qualify for would definitely be helpful, it won’t cover the entire cost of a funeral. I truly appreciate those who have lovingly reached out to make sure we are aware of this assistance for our sweet friend!!  

Any amount we raise over and above what is needed for medical/funeral expenses will go for whatever Hayley and the children need as Hayley navigates their future. Thank you all so much for all of the generous donations, and most of all for your constant prayers. 

Edit: I am raising the goal of the fundraiser again. Now, in addition to all of the added expenses that come with an extended hospital stay, Hayley will have funeral expenses to deal with. Please give as generously as you can, and above all, pray for this dear, sweet, deeply hurting family. 

We are starting this Go Fund Me to help out the Swift family as much as we can. In late August, Andrew was diagnosed with Covid-19. After battling at home for several days, they ended up having to take him to the hospital where he was admitted. He has had several setbacks and has now been moved to ICU and was placed on a ventilator. His wife, Hayley, and children, Eion and Sydney miss him very much!! As most people know there are many extra expenses during a time like this. Hospital bills, extra gas money, eat out expenses, child care, not to mention all of the lost income from Andrew not being able to work, and Hayley missing work to be with him as much as possible. I’m setting the goal at $5,000, since we have no idea how long Andrew will be hospitalized. Any amount helps - if we all give a little, it will add up to a lot! Let's bless this family financially, but more importantly, with fervent, constant prayer.

Specific prayer requests from Hayley as of 9/14/21 are:

**They will be moving him from his belly to his back today. Pray that O2 stays good even though he is not in the prone position he was in for that past so many hours.
**That we keep baby stepping in the right direction.
** Keep praying for all the requests I gave last night.
