The Stopperich family is one of those families that always put a smile on your face. Their love for the LORD and his ways are evident in all they do. They would give the shirt off their backs and have. This precious family is facing numerous challenges, including their 13 yr old daughter Vivianna’s medical issues that have left doctors perplexed. Despite testing at Boston Children's Hospital, the family is still without a whole lot of answers. Vivianna has a leukocytoclastic vasculitis. Her lesions reoccur every month 3-5 days after losing blood. These spots have evolved from painless petechiae that were mostly on her legs and feet to purpura and ecchymoses with occasional tingling burning sensations in her ankles. The petechaie are now on her elbows, forearms, and inside of her mouth. Labs have ruled out a lot, but a biopsy showed inflammation in her small intestine. This last episode caused vomiting and eliminating blood, as well as passing out. We are still praying that she is completely healed from this, but in the mean time they are looking for answers.
The added stress and financial strain on the family has been significant.
Will you please pray for them and also give?
If we are all able to give a little it would make a big difference as they journey on the path that Yahweh has set before them. We all know this family is one of the kindest most loving families. Would you please send them love, help, and encouragement today? Will you be the hands and feet we are called to be?
This is how we know what love is: Messiah laid down his life for us. And we ought to lay down our lives for our brothers and sisters. If anyone has material possessions and sees a brother or sister in need but has no pity on them, how can the love of God be in that person? Dear children, let us not love with words or speech but with actions and in truth. 1 John 3:16-18
