Hello, friends. Andy has been courageously fighting prostate cancer. The cancer has metastasized, which means it has spread to other parts of his body, mainly his spine, ribs, and lymph nodes. Even though there is no cure, Andy, Mandy, and Ellie refuse to accept that there is an expiration date on their time together. Andy continues to fight and meticulously research, so they are educated. They want to know they’ve done everything, and considered all possible treatments that will help provide more moments together. While his treatments have been progressing well, he and Mandy continue to face many challenges. As their friends, we have encouraged them that it’s ok to swallow their pride, accept help, and not continue to fight this battle alone. We have come together to create a GoFundMe page to offer our support for them during this difficult time.

While both Andy and Mandy continue to work, while juggling many medical appointments, the emotional and physical toll of cancer is already overwhelming. We all know how other factors can also be heightened during the holiday season. The Stiltner’s are always the first to lend a helping hand to others in need. Now, it’s our turn to return that kindness to them.

The funds raised will help ease the strain of treatments, medical bills, and the everyday expenses that come with this battle. Hopefully this help will provide Mandy and Ellie with the chance to make memories with Andy — time spent enjoying the outdoors, shooting archery, and cherishing life without the constant worry of looming burdens. We want to ensure that during this uncertain journey, they can focus on living, and less on the stress of how to make ends meet.
