Since 2017, my sister-in-law, Ashley Statham has been battling cancer and has been a rock star through it all. Never complaining, always having a positive attitude, and remaining a fantastic mother of three, sister, daughter, and friend. Ashley is the most kindhearted and compassionate person I have ever had the pleasure to know. ANYONE who has met her would say the same thing.
The reason I have set up this page is to assist with the well-known expenses that come with battling cancer. Chip, Ashley’s husband, has been her number one advocate and constantly seeking new forms of treatment to find anything to win this battle.
Ashley has Stage 4 Ovarian Recurrence and this time it is very critical. Ashley has been battling nonstop for almost four years now, but it seems cancer is fighting back even harder. In response, the doctors are suggesting a harsher approach which equates to more expenses.
The stress of dealing with the cancer is tough enough on a family alone, money does not and should not be another stressor in their lives. Let’s do what we can to help the Statham family and this amazing woman who always puts others before herself.
