The Stark family was greatly affected by the heavy rains and subsequent flooding that hit southeastern Wisconsin earlier this year. They are still seeing occasional power outages and flooding from even small rainstorms. They’ve lost supplies of milk for the baby and the majority of their kids’ toys. They are trying to move forward while still having to worry about recouping expenses paid while they were temporarily displaced from their home.

Josh has exhausted all options; insurance and FEMA both have denied their claims. A home inspector told them the house was habitable for a very short time only - that was over a month ago now. Josh is doing his best to make repairs where he can, but they’re only band-aids on things that need a much more extensive fix. They don’t want to lose their family home, but they are running out of options quickly.
